In our effort to provide a fully accessible and optimized user experience for all site visitors, Vantage West has taken careful measure to ensure an excellent user experience, regardless of the assistive technology being used to access this site or the specific abilities of those individuals seeking access to this site.
The Vantage West website is monitored and tested regularly by internal resources and by Monsido®, a third-party provider of Web Accessibility testing and monitoring. As issues of accessibility are identified, results of automated and manual testing are managed through the Monsido® Digital Accessibility Platform. As new solutions are discovered to improve the user experience, remediation is tracked through the Monsido® system and fixes are implemented to improve the website user experience.

Cursor size: Click to change the cursor size from Default to Big.
Contrast: Click repeatedly to change the contrast to Dark Mode, Invert Colors, or Grayscale.
Highlight Elements: Click repeatedly to change highlighted elements to Links, Headings, Buttons, or All.

Focus: Click repeatedly to change focus to Emphasis or Reading Guide.
Media: Force pause all Multimedia with a pause/play button.
Animations: Turn the switch OFF or ON.

Web Accessibility Guidelines
Vantage West Credit Union is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continue to make changes to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.
Wherever possible, Vantage West Credit Union will aim to adhere to level AA of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, which states that sites should be:

Online Banking If you are logging in for the first time (or if it has been 6 months since your last log in), use temporary credentials in the box to the right. Once in, you’ll be prompted to set up new credentials.

Temporary PASSWORD:Last 4 digits of primary account holder’s social security # (For business accounts, use the last 4 digits of the business’s EIN.)
