New Hire Training

As a new employee, you will spend time with our Learning and Development team or a “Titan” mentor to learn the ins and outs of our organization and your role.

Leadership Development

If you are an existing or aspiring leader, we will provide you the tools and resources to advance your career with us to the next level.

Professional Development Plans

Employee development is important to us. You will be given the opportunity to identify your short-term and long-term career goals and then develop a plan to achieve those goals.

Tuition Reimbursement

If you are thinking about going back to school, we will provide you up to $5,250 each year for undergraduate programs and up to $7,500 for graduate programs.

Health Coverage

We offer medical, dental and vision coverage for you and your dependents. Other benefits include life insurance options, short-term and long-term disability coverages, flexible spending accounts and pet insurance.

Retirement Savings

We will match your 401(k) Plan contribution dollar-for-dollar up to the first 4% of your contribution; and, $0.50 cents on the dollar for the next 4%. As an additional benefit, we will contribute an additional 1% to your 401(k) account.

Paid Time Off

Work-life balance is important to us, so we offer you a generous paid time off allotment.

Community Volunteer Program

We offer you the opportunity to take up to 16 hours of paid time each year to participate in specific volunteer programs, activities, or events.
