Making a payment to your Vantage West loan has never been easier. We offer a variety of options to help with payments and account management. Select the option that works best for you.

Vantage West Digital Banking

Once registered for secure Digital Banking account access online or using the mobile app, payments to Vantage West can be made using existing Vantage West accounts or by adding external financial institution accounts to pay from.

Paying From A Vantage West Account

  1. Log in to your Vantage West account
  2. Select the desired loan then the Pay Now button or
    1. On Desktop go to Transfers:
      • Quick Transfer (initiates the day you make the transfer)
        • Select the account to pay from, under “From”
        • Select or enter the desired payment amount
        • Select the loan you want to pay, under “To”
        • Select Submit Transfer
      • To edit the date and/or frequency of the transfer select the Classic Tab under Transfers
        • Select the account to pay from, under “From Account”
        • Select the loan you want to pay, under “To Account”
        • Enter the desired payment amount
        • Enter the date you want the payment to go through
        • Select the frequency of the payment
        • Select Submit Transfer
    2. On Mobile go to Transfers:
      • Select the account to pay from, under “From”
      • Select the loan you want to pay
      • Select or enter the desired payment amount
      • On the Confirm Transfer page you can
        • Edit the amount, “To” and “From” accounts
        • Edit the date for your payment
        • Edit the frequency
        • Select Submit Transfer

Paying From an External Financial Institution

  1. Log in to your Vantage West account
  2. Follow the steps above but select your desired external account in the “From” drop-down list (this will require setup, see External Financial Institution Account Setup below)

External Financial Institution Account Setup:

These accounts require setup before they will be available for use. User disclosure and agreement is required to be reviewed and accepted prior to using this feature. Once the account is validated, it will appear under the “From” options in Transfers.

    1. Log in to your Vantage West account
    2. Select Transfers
    3. On Mobile select Add Account from top right screen
      1. Select External Account and skip to step 5
    4. On Desktop select the Classic tab within Transfers
      1. Towards the center of the screen, click Add An External Account. Pop-ups may need to be enabled to display.
    5. Select Account Type for the account you are adding
    6. Enter the Routing Number for the financial institution
    7. Enter the Account Number for the account you are adding
    8. Re-enter Account Number to confirm entry is accurate
    9. Create a Nickname for this account that will display within Vantage West Digital Banking only
    10. Select Save
    11. Wait momentarily for the on-screen disclosure
    12. Complete verification to authorize the account. Vantage West requires all new external accounts added, to be validated through trial deposit processing with the external financial institution.
      1. Wait until deposit transactions have posted (up to 3 business days) to your external financial institution then,
      2. Log in to your Vantage West account
      3. Navigate to Accounts > ACH Accounts select Confirm on the Dashboard and select Confirm next to your external financial institution account or
      4. Navigate to Settings > Accounts > ACH Accounts select Confirm next to the external financial institution account

By Phone

Payments can be made by phone by making a transfer from your existing Vantage West accounts, using our automated payment processing feature, or by speaking to a representative.

This option is only for transfers between Vantage West accounts

  4. Provide phonebank access code
  5. Follow prompts to provide
      • From account
      • To account

  3. Press 3 – To make a payment from another Financial Institution
  4. Follow prompts to provide:
      • Account validation information
      • Payment amount
      • Routing number and account number
