Branch Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm (Tombstone and Base close at 4pm Monday-Thursday)
Saturday: 9am-1pm (Tombstone and Base: closed)
Branch Appointments Preferred
Schedule an in-person appointment at your local branch via VantageWest.org/HealthAlert. When you schedule an appointment, you reduce your wait time and proximity to others. For your safety and convenience, appointments are preferred for all branch visits.
We understand there are times when urgent matters come up and you might not have the opportunity to schedule an appointment. If you arrive at a branch in this situation, we will definitely help you. Please be advised that your wait time may be longer than if you had an appointment, but we will serve you.
We expanded our night drop services to include availability both during and after business hours. If you need to deposit checks or cash, or make payments on your credit cards or loans and do not wish to go inside a branch, the night drop option is available for you. Check VantageWest.org/Locations to find your closest branch with a night drop.
Online and Mobile Banking
You can access your accounts 24/7/365 with online and mobile banking. Please register at VantageWest.org or download our app from your mobile app store. Once you log in, you can check your balance, transfer funds, deposit checks, review your credit score, order checks, and more. If you need assistance setting this up, we are happy to help you with this process over the phone or by appointment.

At every Vantage West branch, you can withdraw cash from our ATMs. For your convenience, all cash withdrawals equal to or exceeding $50 in total now default to the least number of bills (for example, $500 would be ten $50 bills). You can use the plus and minus arrows to select different bill denominations; for instance, $5 and $10. Every Member’s daily ATM/debit card withdrawal limit has been increased temporarily to $700.1 You can also check your balance, make deposits, make transfers, and pay loans. These services are also available at the Vantage West ATMs at Carondelet St. Mary’s and St. Joseph’s Hospitals, and the University of Arizona Student Union.
Please note, for Vantage West ATMs at Target and select CVS locations, the experience is different. These retail ATMs provide an opportunity to check your balance and withdraw funds in $20 denominations.
Privacy tip: Our newest ATMs have 19-inch screens for your convenience. They also offer an option to select the 7-inch privacy touch screen so people behind you cannot see your transaction. Just press “Switch Screen” at the bottom of the screen.
PIN tip: If you enter an incorrect PIN at the ATM three times, your account will be locked. Please call 800.888.7882 to unlock your account.
