Tucson Jazz Fiesta

This week, Community Spotlight Host Frank Powers stops by the annual Tucson Jazz Fiesta, which floods the downtown each January with good vibes and good music. Frank runs into the famous George Howard of the George Howard band, along with Elliot Glicksman, president of the Tucson Jazz Festival.
