Alerts

It’s easy to set up alerts for those instances when you want us to send you a reminder. Decide when and how you want to be notified.

  • Balance alerts (less than/greater than – you set the amount!)
  • Periodic balance alerts
  • When checks have cleared
  • Maturity dates (of share certificates)
  • Payment due
  • Payment past due

Set up your alerts.

  1. Log in to Online Banking or the mobile app.
  2. Click More > Alerts
  3. Configure your alerts, chose where and how you want the alert to be sent, and click “Save.”

Vantage West will NEVER ask for your one-time passcode, card number, PIN, or CVV number.
