Making a payment to your Vantage West loan has never been easier. We offer a variety of options to help with payments and account management. Select the option that works best for you.
Pay with Online Banking
Once registered for secure Online Banking account login online or using the mobile app. Payments to Vantage West can be made using existing Vantage West accounts or by adding external financial institution accounts to pay from. There is no fee to pay from within online banking.
- Log in to your Vantage West account online
- On Desktop, locate the desired loan and click Pay Now, or click on Transfers & Pay
- In the Mobile App, tap Transfers>Make a Transfer
- Select the account to pay from, the loan you would like to pay, the amount, and payment date
- Log in to your Vantage West account
- Follow the steps above but select your desired external account in the “From” drop-down list (this will require setup, see External Financial Institution Account Setup below)
External Financial Institution Account Setup:
These accounts require setup before they will be available for use. User disclosure and agreement is required to be reviewed and accepted prior to using this feature. Once the account is validated, it will appear under the “From” options in Transfers.

- Log in to your Vantage West account
- Select Transfers & Pay
- Click Add an Account. Pop-ups may need to be enabled to display.
- On Mobile select the Add Account tile.
- Select the first external account option which is the preferred method to add the account instantly.
- Select your financial institution from the options provided or search. Once selected, follow the on screen prompts
- After verification has been completed, select the account you wish to add. That’s it! The account is now available as a transfer source to move funds to/from. If you do not have a login for your external account or are unable to locate the institution by search, you can still add the account manually with the routing and account number. Please note: This method can take up to three business days.
One-Time Online Payment
For a $10 fee you can make a one-time ACH or debit card payment online.
By Phone
Payments can be made by phone by making a transfer from your existing Vantage West accounts, using our automated payment processing feature, or by speaking to a representative.
To make a payment from another institution:

Payment with ATM/Debit card:
*Note that the loan share needs to be connected to the ATM/Debit Card. If the share is not connected, any Relationship Banker or Virtual Relationship Banker can assist.
- Insert ATM/Debit card
- Enter pin
- Select deposit
- Select cash or checks
- Insert cash/check and select continue
- Confirm amount then select finished deposit
- Select share where the loan payment/deposit should go
- Select to print receipt or not
