Meet the Dobson Ranch Team

Hello from the Vantage West at Dobson Ranch team! We are so excited to be the third new build for Vantage West’s Phoenix expansion. Our team comes from a wide variety of banking backgrounds and we’re thrilled to be part of an amazing community with many local businesses. If we haven’t met yet, we hope to see you soon at 1955 W. Meet the Team

My name is Jennie Isaac and I am the Financial Center Manager for Vantage West at Dobson Ranch. Before Vantage West, I worked at Wells Fargo for 20 years, 15 of which I served as a Branch Manager. I believe in the credit union movement because of the Member experience and “people helping people” values that drive everything we do. I came to Vantage West in January 2019 and worked on the team that opened the Vantage West at North Stapley location. I served as Assistant Manager and then promoted to a Financial Center Manager for the new Dobson Ranch location.

Next, we have our Senior Relationship Banker, Emma Porter, who moved to the Phoenix area from Missouri in 2019. Emma was the Business Banking Specialist at Callaway Bank in Missouri prior to moving to Phoenix.

Then, we have our Business Community Banker, Jon Richey. Jon came to Vantage West in October 2018 to open our Cooper Square (Gilbert) location. Prior to Vantage West, Jon was a Senior Analyst for North American Bankcard.

Next, we have our two Relationship Bankers. Michelle Hunter joined Vantage West in May 2019 and previously served at Chase as a Fraud Specialist. Lucio Gaspar joined our team in August 2019 and worked at AZ Federal Credit Union as a Membership Specialist before coming to Vantage West.

The Dobson Ranch community is one of the largest original master planned communities. Established in 1973, Dobson Ranch is surrounded by waterways for boating, and many golf courses to get out on and enjoy Arizona’s weather. This area supports one of the largest community colleges, Mesa Community College (MCC), and is also close to Banner Desert Hospital which is home to the Cardon’s Children’s Center. We are right off the freeway with close access to Phoenix Sky Harbor, Arizona State University, and downtown Phoenix.

We’re enjoying welcoming new Members to the Credit Union and serving longtime Members alike. This year marks Vantage West’s 65th anniversary of serving Members and we’re delighted to continue doing just that in the Dobson Ranch community and beyond.
