VANTAGE WEST CREDIT UNION TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING
AT 43rd & PEORIA (GLENDALE) BRANCH
GLENDALE, AZ (December 1, 2023) – Vantage West Credit Union will hold a grand opening celebration for their new branch located at 4482 W. Peoria Avenue in Glendale. This is a relocation of the Black Canyon Branch, previously located at 3416 N. 24th Ln. in Phoenix.
The new location features two drive-up lanes so Members can quickly self-serve their everyday transactions. The lobby is designed to support Relationship Bankers as they serve Members with their more in-depth financial needs.
The public is invited to join the Vantage West team and Members on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, for a celebration with refreshments, drawing prizes, special offers, and networking. The event will run from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm with a ribbon cutting hosted jointly by the Glendale and Arizona Hispanic Chambers of Commerce at 1:30 pm. Attendees are invited to bring donations of hygiene items for care packages for deployed military service members.
Jimena Valdés, SVP Member Experience shared, “the decision to relocate the Black Canyon Branch to our new Glendale location is in response to Member and employee feedback.” She added, “the new branch model will offer convenient, everyday banking options in addition to more in-depth, holistic financial wellness planning and coaching.” All Relationship Bankers will be ready to offer concierge service to Members, based on their needs. Whether they need to conduct a basic transaction, are interested in learning about online account management, or have more involved financial needs, they will find the assistance they need at the branch.
Valdés added “This new location is an important milestone for us, as we can now offer the power of our branches to more households and businesses in the Glendale community,” “For Vantage West, it’s important that our branches serve as community anchors connecting our neighbors and local businesses to critical resources that meet their financial needs and help them build a prosperous financial future.”
The goal of Vantage West’s approach to modern banking is to meet Members where they are with their financial needs and build relationships that will ensure more of their short- and longer-term financial needs are met.
