Like your organization, Vantage West is a local business, so we have a vested interest in creating opportunities that help our neighbors, positively impact our local economy, and strengthen the communities we serve. Our Vantage West at Work program is an invitation to take advantage of all the benefits that Vantage West has to offer.
Who is Eligible?
Any business with employees that live, work, worship, or volunteer in Pima, Pinal, or Cochise counties is eligible for the program. Being a member of Vantage West Credit Union is not a requirement to enroll in the program.
What are the benefits?
Upon approval into the Vantage West at Work program, you and your employees are entitled to the following benefits:
- $100 cash back1 (paid as 10,000 rewards points) to any new member who opens an Essential checking account, deposits an aggregate of $500 within 60 days of account opening, and completes one debit card transaction within 60 days of account opening.
- 0.25% discount on current auto loan rates, plus no payments for up to 100 days for first auto loan only.2
- 0.10% increase to 12-month share certificate over current APY, must have minimum balance of $2,500 to qualify for special rate.3

Employee benefits only available to non-Members who have not had a relationship with Vantage West in the past 6 months. Members with any existing Vantage West relationship are not eligible for the bonus. Conversions between any checking account and Essential Checking are not eligible for the bonus. Offer cannot be combined with any other offers associated with opening a checking account. Minimum opening deposit for Essential Checking is $20.00. Limit one new Essential Checking account, per membership and per member, will be eligible for the bonus. Checking account must remain open for at least 6 months. If it is closed within 6 months of the open date you may be responsible for reimbursement of any bonus. Limit one new checking account per membership. Essential Checking does not earn rewards points. A qualifying product (credit card) must be opened to continue earning rewards points. Account must be in good standing at time the bonus is awarded. Reward points will be credited to rewards account within 30 days of the date the last qualifying requirement is met.
