Help Us Protect You.

UPDATE YOUR ONLINE BANKING USERNAME TO ENHANCE ONLINE SECURITY

To Protect our Members, online banking usernames should be

  • At least eight characters and no more than 30 characters
  • A combination of letters and numbers
  • May not contain personally identifying information (i.e., Account/Member number or Social Security number)

How to change your username

Mobile

  1. Tap the Menu icon (it looks like three stacked lines).
  2. Scroll down to Settings.
  3. Tap on Security. You will see your current username displayed.
  4. Tap once on your current username.
  5. Revise your username (at least eight characters, include letters and numbers, and do not include personally identifying information).
  6. You will receive a prompt via text message, email or other to verify your account.
  7. Upon verification, you will see the message “Updated Successfully”.

Desktop

  1. Click My Settings from “Quick Links” at the top right of your dashboard.
  2. Click the Security tab.
  3. Select the pencil icon next to your current username.
  4. Revise your username (at lease eight characters, include letters and numbers, and do not include personally identifying information)
  5. Click ” Save Changes” .
  6. You will receive a prompt via text message, email , or other to verify your account.
  7. Upon verification, you will see the message “Updated Successfully”.
