In partnership with other local credit unions and GoWest Credit Union League, we’re excited to launch a zero down payment program – that means 100% financing – for eligible borrowers in Pima County.
This program was created to help families overcome affordability, down payment, and credit qualification challenges, empowering them to break free from renting and start building wealth.
To qualify applicants must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a first-time homebuyer.
- The purchase property must be located in Pima County.
- The property must be a single-family home, townhome, or a detached or attached 1-unit residence.
- You must be employed or have a consistent income source for at least the past two years.
- Your total, yearly household income must be at or below $100,000 (110% below area median income).

En asociación con otras cooperativas de crédito locales y GoWest Credit Union League, nos complace lanzar un programa de pago inicial cero, es decir, financiamiento del 100% para prestatarios elegibles en el condado de Pima.
