Email Notifications

It’s easy to set up notifications for those instances when you want us to email you a reminder. Decide when you want to be notified.

  • Balance alerts (less than/greater than – you set the amount!)
  • Periodic balance alerts
  • When checks have cleared
  • Maturity dates (of share certificates)
  • Payment due
  • Payment past due
  • Personal reminder – up to 50 characters

Set up your email notifications.

  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click “My Settings” under Quick Links on right hand side of screen.
  3. Then, select “Notifications.”
  4. Configure your notifications, choose where you want the notification to be sent, and click “Save Changes.”

Online Banking If you are logging in for the first time (or if it has been 6 months since your last log in), use temporary credentials in the box to the right. Once in, you’ll be prompted to set up new credentials.

  1. Temporary USERNAME: Vantage West Member #
  2. Temporary PASSWORD: Last 4 digits of primary account holder’s social security # (For business accounts, use the last 4 digits of the business’s EIN.)
  3. Once in, follow prompts to create a new Username & Password. For future logins, use your new credentials.
