Congratulations on being ready to payoff your auto loan! We want the experience to be as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth payoff, you will need to get a payoff amount.

Do not pay the amount shown on your last statement. Auto loans continue to accrue interest on a daily basis. We don’t want you to get a pesky several cent charge or a late fee. If the loan is overpaid, it will be refunded into your savings account.

Paying off your loan is an exciting time. Make sure it goes smoothly by choosing the option that suits your needs.

Option 1 – Online Transfer

The easiest way to pay off your auto loan is through Online Banking.

Login to your account and click “Payoff amount” for the loan you would like to payoff. The quoted amount is only valid for that day.

Immediately make a payment in that amount to the loan account.

Option 2 – Mail A Check

If you would like to send a check to pay off your loan, please call (800) 888-7882 to get a 10 day payoff amount (plus the per diem). A representative will walk you through the process.

Option 3 – Pay Using Cash or Check

You can always visit a branch to pay off your loan.

Ask a representative for the payoff amount. They can accept cash or check as payment.

The Lien is Released

Prior to the payoff, please confirm the mailing address on file is current. Approximately 10 days after the payoff, the lien on the title is released. You can expect to receive the title by mail within 30 days..
