ITMs function similarly to traditional ATMs, but they have a video interface that connects Members to a Virtual Relationship Banker in our Virtual Financial Center. Members can use the touchscreen to initiate transactions and communicate with the banker through live video.
Members can use ITMs to perform a wide range of banking transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits (cash and checks), account transfers, balance inquiries, loan payments, and more.
Yes, ITMs are equipped with security features. Additionally, standard security measures like PIN authentication provide even more safety when using ITMs.
Yes, similar to our current ATMs, the ITM and our virtual bankers can assist in English or Spanish.
No, ITMs complement our existing branches. ITMs provide added convenience, allowing Relationship Bankers in the lobby to assist you with in-depth financial wellness inquiries.
No, ITMs are not replacing your favorite teller. We have promoted all tellers to Relationship Banker positions to support their professional development and to better assist you with financial wellness inquiries and more. Our Virtual Financial Center is also staffed by Virtual Relationship Bankers.
