What services are offered online?
We offer a variety of services through Online Banking and our mobile app. These include:
- Pay and transfer funds between your Vantage West accounts and accounts at other financial institutions. You can also make your Vantage West loan payments using your accounts here or from another financial institution.
- Zelle®– Send money to friends and family through your mobile app by selecting Pay & Transfer. All you need is their email address or mobile phone number.
- Bill Pay– Vantage West offers free Bill Pay for Members, which requires a checking account.
- To enroll, log in to Online or Mobile Banking, navigate to Transfers, Loan Payments, & Zelle, select Bill Pay, and follow the prompts.
- eStatements – Opt in for access to Statements, Notices, and Tax Documents. Learn more about eStatements.
- Credit Central– Check your credit score, review your credit report, explore money‑saving offers, and more, all in one place. With Credit Central, you can monitor your credit, track your goals, and work toward improving your score using a customizable dashboard in Online Banking.
- Mobile Deposit– Deposit checks through the Vantage West mobile app by logging in and selecting Mobile Deposit
- New Products– Open new accounts or apply for a loan or credit card
- Redeem Vantage West Rewards – Track your rewards balance and redeem points. Just navigate to Cards & Security, then Rewards.
- Card Control– You can manage your cards through Online Banking or the Mobile App, including blocking or unblocking your card, reporting it lost or stolen, requesting a replacement, submitting travel notifications, and setting real‑time alerts.
- To access these features in Online Banking, go to Cards & Security > Card Control. In the Mobile App, navigate to More > Cards & Security > Card Control: Activate, Block, Travel, & Alerts.
- Fraud & Dispute– You can file a dispute or fraud claim from the comfort of your own home. During the process, you can block your card and request a replacement card if needed.
- To report fraud or submit a dispute, log in to Online Banking. Hover over Cards & Security, then click Report Fraud & Disputes.
- Form Center– You can access important forms such as direct deposit forms for payroll, 10 Day Payoff Letters, and wire instructions through Online Banking.
- To find these forms, log in to Online Banking. Hover over Statements, Notices, & Forms, then select Form Center.
- Account Switching– Easily switch your direct deposits or payments using MoveMyDeposit. Select your employer or payroll provider, enter your credentials, and your paycheck will be sent to your Vantage West account.
- To get started, go to Accounts, then select Set Up Your Direct Deposit with MoveMyDeposit.
- Check Services – You can reorder checks and place a stop payment on checks you have already written through Online Banking.
- To reorder checks or place a stop payment, hover over Accounts and select Stop Payments & Check Orders.
- Financial Wellness – Gain smarter insights into your spending with enriched data, automatic categorization, and intuitive tools for better financial control.
