What services are offered online?

We offer a variety of services through Online Banking and our mobile app. These include:

  • Transfer funds between your accounts at Vantage West and other financial institutions
  • Zelle®– Send money to friends and family.
  • Make your Vantage West loan payment from your accounts here or from another financial institution
  • Bill Pay- Pay and manage your bills through your Vantage West checking account
  • eStatements – Opt in or out for access to Statements, Notices, and Tax Documents
  • Credit Central- Check your score, review your credit report, see money saving offers and so much more!
  • Mobile Deposit- Deposit checks through the Vantage West mobile app
  • New Products-  Open new accounts or apply for a loan or credit card
  • Redeem Vantage West Rewards
  • Card Control- Temporarily block and unblock cards, report a card lost or stolen, replace damaged cards, submit travel notifications, sign up for real- time authorization alert
  • Fraud & Dispute- File a dispute or fraud claim in the comfort of your own home, block the card, and request a new one
  • Form Center- Access your direct deposit form for payroll
  • Account Switching- Easily and quickly “switch” over your direct deposits or payments
  • Check Services – Reorder checks and process stop payment requests
  • Financial Wellness – Gain smarter insights into your spending with enriched data, automatic categorization, and intuitive tools for better financial control.

What are the hours for Live Chat?

Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm;  Sat 9 am – 1 pm. To access, look for the “Let’s Chat” icon.

Please note:  If you initiate a chat session after normal business hours, you will be directed to call us at 800.888.7882 to speak with a representative.

You can also send us a secured message within your Online Banking and we will respond within 48 hours.

How do I setup or access eStatements?

What are the benefits of eStatements?

  • Switching to eStatements saves you up to $24 per year!
  • eDocuments are more secure; an estimated 85% of ID theft starts with mail.
  • Access eDocuments for up to 2 years.
  • eDocuments are posted as soon as they are available.
  • Enjoy less clutter and give your shredder a break.

Does Vantage West offer mobile wallets and payment systems?

Yes, Vantage West cards are compatible with most popular mobile wallet and contactless payment systems including:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Wallet
  • Samsung Pay
  • Garmin Pay
