How do I set a language preference on an ATM?
Your ATM experience can be customized to skip the screen asking you to select a language. To do this, simply swipe your card, select your language and enter your PIN. Then, select “Set Preferences” (lower, right side of the screen). Choose to always default to English or Spanish, then save your preference. Next time you enter your PIN, you will not be prompted to select a language.
I forgot or want to reset my card’s PIN. What do I need to do?
If you have a personal or business credit, debit or ATM card, you can set up or change the PIN over the phone. Please call 866-985-2273 for details.
Are checks/cash deposited into the ATM available right away?
Checks are subject to a hold. Cash is available upon deposit. There is no waiting period.
I want to make a withdrawal but do not see the account. Where did all my accounts go?
ATMs default to a “Checking” option and a “Savings” option. Selecting either of these options will show only the primary checking or the primary savings account.
If you have more than one checking or savings account, those accounts will be accessible by selecting the “From Other” option.
How do Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) work?
ITMs function similarly to traditional ATMs, but they have a video interface that connects members to a Virtual Relationship Banker in our Virtual Financial Center. Members can use the touchscreen to initiate transactions and communicate with the banker through live video.
What transactions can Members perform using ITMs?
Members can use ITMs to perform a wide range of banking transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits (cash and checks), account transfers, balance inquiries, loan payments, and more.
Are ITMs safe?
Yes, ITMs are equipped with security features. Additionally, standard security measures like PIN authentication provide even more safety when using ITMs.
Can members get assistance in different languages through ITMs?
Yes, similar to our current ATMs, the ITM and our virtual bankers can assist in English or Spanish.
Can ITMs handle cash transactions like cash deposits and withdrawals?
Yes, ITMs can handle cash transactions. Members can make cash deposits, and they can also withdraw cash from their accounts using ITMs.
Do ITMs provide receipts for transactions?
Yes, ITMs provide receipts for transactions, just like traditional ATMs. Members can receive printed or electronic receipts for their records.
Can ITMs handle account-related inquiries?
They sure can! ITMs allow members to check their account balances, recent transactions, and other account-related information. The Virtual Relationship Banker can provide real-time assistance with these inquiries.
Are ITMs only available for individual members, or can our business members also use them?
ITMs are available to both individual and business members. Business members can use ITMs for cash deposits, transfers, and other business-related transactions.
Will ITMs completely replace your brick-and-mortar branches?
No, ITMs complement our existing branches. ITMs provide added convenience, allowing Relationship Bankers in the lobby to assist you with in-depth financial wellness inquiries.
Will ITMs replace my favorite teller?
No, ITMs are not replacing your favorite teller. We have promoted all tellers to Relationship Banker positions to support their professional development and to better assist you with financial wellness inquiries and more. Our Virtual Financial Center is also staffed by Virtual Relationship Bankers.
