KXCI: On Air With Music and Voices from the Tucson Community

Community Spotlight Host Frank Powers headed down to 4th Ave in Tucson to check out 91.3 KXCI, the city’s premier community radio station. Since 1983, KXCI has served as a voice for Tucson’s music-loving creatives, and also features locally-produced mini-programs, podcasts, and syndicated news shows such as Democracy Now. KXCI’s Executive Director/Development Director Cathy Rivers shares how KXCI was founded and what keeps it chugging along.
