Blax Friday is a Tucson-based website and app where you can search Black-owned businesses statewide.

The resource was launched in June 2020 to serve as a platform for business owners and their constituents to connect during the pandemic. Blax Friday spotlights businesses through their website, iOS app, social marketing, promotions, weekly newsletters, and community events.

Blax Friday’s goals are representation and economic empowerment of Black business owners. There are a number of small business owners that need representation, access to resources, and access to each other. The site was created to help connect shoppers with the community.
