How Vantage West Can Help You Grow

New Hire Training

As a new team member, you will spend time with our Learning and Development team or a mentor to learn the ins and outs of our organization and your role.

Leadership Development

If you are an existing or aspiring leader, we will provide you the tools and resources to advance your career with us to the next level.

Professional Development Plans

Employee development is important to us. You will be given the opportunity to identify your short-term and long-term career goals and then develop a plan to achieve those goals.

Tuition Reimbursement

If you are thinking about going back to school, we will provide you up to $5,250 each year for undergraduate programs and up to $7,500 for graduate programs. We have also partnered with the University of Arizona Global Campus to offer eligible employees tuition savings through the Full Tuition Grant Program. This opportunity, which covers 100% of tuition towards an online bachelor’s or master’s degree, is available to eligible full-time employees!

Health Coverage

Excellent healthcare benefits for you and your family.

Retirement Savings

We will match your 401(k) Plan contribution dollar-for-dollar up to the first 4% of your contribution; and $0.50 cents on the dollar for the next 4%. 

Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays

Work-life balance is important to us, so we offer you a generous paid time off allotment with additional time given for sick days. To assist during major times in our team members’ lives, we also offer compassionate leave as well as paid parental leave. As a financial institution, our team members also have all bank holidays off!

Community Volunteer Program

We offer you the opportunity to take up to 16 hours of paid time each year to participate in specific volunteer programs, activities, or events.

Wellness & Development Activities

We promote health and financial wellness by providing opportunities for you to participate in nutrition workshops, fitness and relaxation activities, and a variety of financial well-being seminars.

Backup Child and Adult Care Services

When life happens, we partner with Corporate CARE Solutions to make sure you have care for your family members without you taking time off if someone gets sick or your typical care falls through.
