What is Vantage West Debit Perks?
Vantage West Debit Perks is a promotion offered to select Vantage West members that rewards you for using your Vantage West debit card. Eligible Members will receive notification via mail or email.

How do I redeem my Vantage West Debit Perks?
To claim your Vantage West Debit Perks, visit VantageWestDebitPerks.org and clicking “Start Here” or “Sign In.” When you meet the offer requirements, certificates will automatically be available in your account for redemption. Once you receive your certificate, you can order a gift card at any time.
Gift cards ship to you directly and usually arrive within one week. Shipments can be tracked online and there are no shipping or handling charges.
My family has two debit cards on the same account. Do they both count?
Debit Perks transactions are counted at the checking account level. If there are two cards on one account, both cards will count toward determining threshold offers.
However, if the cards are linked to two separate checking accounts, only purchases made with the card linked to the eligible checking account will earn Debit Perks. You can find out which checking account is eligible by looking at the top right of your offer letter.
Does it matter if I use my PIN or sign for the purchase?
No, both PIN and signed purchases will count toward the required threshold.
Does the dollar amount purchased matter?
No, only debit card swipes that post to the eligible checking account count toward obtaining Debit Perks certificates.
Do ATM transactions count?
No, only purchase transactions count for the Debit Perks program.
I used my card the required amount and have not received my certificate OR I did not receive the gift card I ordered.
