How Vantage West Can Help You Grow
New Hire Training
As a new team member, you will spend time with our Learning and Development team or a “Titan” mentor to learn the ins and outs of our organization and your role.
Leadership Development
If you are an existing or aspiring leader, we will provide you the tools and resources to advance your career with us to the next level.
Professional Development Plans
Employee development is important to us. You will be given the opportunity to identify your short-term and long-term career goals and then develop a plan to achieve those goals.
Tuition Reimbursement
If you are thinking about going back to school, we will provide you up to $5,250 each year for undergraduate programs and up to $7,500 for graduate programs. We have also partnered with the University of Arizona Global Campus to offer eligible employees tuition savings through the Full Tuition Grant Program. This opportunity, which covers 100% of tuition towards an online bachelor’s or master’s degree, is available to eligible full-time employees!

Retirement Savings
We will match your 401(k) Plan contribution dollar-for-dollar up to the first 4% of your contribution; and $0.50 cents on the dollar for the next 4%.
Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays
Work-life balance is important to us, so we offer you a generous paid time off allotment with additional time given for sick days. To assist during major times in our team members’ lives, we also offer compassionate leave as well as paid parental leave. As a financial institution, our team members also have all bank holidays off!
