Vantage West, southern Arizona’s largest credit union, announced today the promotion of Mercedes Eppley to Business Banker. In her new position, she is responsible for providing expert knowledge and advice to help business Members plan, start, and expand their business with customized  financing solutions. Mercedes’ extensive background in customer service spans over eight years, with more than five years at Vantage West. She was recognized Employee of the Quarter earlier this year for her outstanding performance.
