Do I need any special software to use the eStatement service?

Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to access eStatements, supporting documents and promotional
materials. To download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

Does it matter what browser I use to access the website?

The e-Statement platform and vantagewest.org are optimized for use with certified/recommended browsers/settings. If you use a different browser/setting, you may not be able to take full
advantage of all the features of the site. You can access the latest system requirements at

How will I know when my registration has been completed?

Once you’ve completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your successful registration.

How will I know when I can view my statement?

You will receive an email notification or SMS text notification (based upon your preferred delivery option) whenever a new statement or notice is available for viewing.

Can I access my eStatement directly without logging in to OnlineBanking?

Yes, you can directly access your eStatement without logging in to OnlineBanking by using the URL below. Once registered, log in directly to your eStatement with the username and password you created. https://estatement.vwestcu.org/login.jsp

Can I print my statement out?

Yes, you can print your statements and/or notice. You can also save them to your computer or other storage medium.

How long will my statement be available for viewing?

eStatements will generally remain available for viewing 36 months after they have been posted.

What do I do if my email address or cell phone number changes?

Email address: You can provide your new email address within OnlineBanking by selecting My Settings>Update personal information>E-Mail Address.

Cell phone number: You can provide your new cell phone number within OnlineBanking by selecting eStatements>Profile.

How do I change my notification preference?

You can change your notification preference within OnlineBanking by selecting eStatements>Profile.

How do I opt out of eStatements to start receiving paper statements?

You have the right to request and receive your statements and other documents in paper form, and you may withdraw your consent to receive online statements at any time. For Essential Checking Accounts, you are required to have eStatements. If you choose to withdraw your consent for eStatements you will no longer qualify for Essential Checking. Other checking options are available; to inquire about them, please contact us.

There are two ways to opt out of eStatements:
• Within OnlineBanking, select eStatements>Profile.
• Or, if logged in to eStatements, select Profile.

Please be aware that there is a fee for paper statement services. Refer to our fees at

What do I do if I’m having trouble viewing my statement?

Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads, and/or system enhancements can affect your PC’s ability to connect with secure sites, including our eStatement site.

We recommend trying the following steps:
• Verify that you are current on all Windows Updates. From the Start menu, click on Windows Update, and download recommended updates and patches, then shut down and
restart the computer.
• Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader.
• Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your internet browser. Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari are currently supported.
