Effective May 26, 2020, all Members, Associates, and lobby guests entering any Vantage West branch or other location will be required to wear a face mask. Masks are not required for drive-thru, night deposit, or ATM services (where available). Branch services remain available by appointment only, with modified hours. Our team continues to sanitize Member-facing surfaces and drive-thru tubes every 30 minutes. We also recommend maintaining a six-foot distance from others, following directional signs where posted, using sanitizer and washing hands frequently, and staying home if you are feeling unwell.

COVID-19 Federal Stimulus Payment Information
The U.S. Department of the Treasury has begun to deliver payments to eligible recipients of the government stimulus program.
Questions such as these listed below can be best answered by visiting the IRS web site. Vantage West does not have the ability to answer these questions and we will be unable to help you with these questions if you call us.

- When will I receive it?
Visit IRS.gov for answers to these questions rather than calling Vantage West.
If you expect to receive your government stimulus payment via direct deposit and want to know when it is available, we recommend you do the following rather than call us.
- Enroll in online banking and download the Vantage West mobile app so you may review your transaction history and balance at your leisure
- Set up account notifications to automatically tell you when deposits post to your account. Simply log into online banking and under Settings, select Notifications
