We’re thrilled to announce the transition to an all-new Digital Banking platform.

Based on feedback from Members like you, we’re significantly upgrading both the Vantage West mobile app and online banking system starting on April 17, 2019

Update Mobile App Before Logging In: Apple users will need to update their existing mobile app by going to the App Store and installing the update. Android users will need to delete their current app then reinstall from the Google Play Store.

Open the updated or new App and login with your existing username. Then you will be prompted to change your username.

Primary and joint Members will be able to view every account and loan on which they are named. To ensure access for joint owners, they will need to create their own, unique login following the steps below:

  1. Register using their individual information.
  2. Create a secure, unique username.
  3. Create a secure, unique password.

Are you a new Member, a Member logging in for the first-time, or has been 6 months since your last log in? We have a new digital banking experience coming soon and cannot wait to share it with you. New registrations for online banking and access to our mobile app for all new Members will resume April 17. Please scroll down to our feature snapshot below for more information on what to expect.


To ensure you experience a smooth transition, we created this Member Readiness Checklist with critical dates, important information and necessary actions:

Update Contact Information (April 1-16): Ensure your contact information is current, so you don’t miss any important details. Note: We will primarily use email to update you on the transition.

Reset Existing Transfers: You may need to reset any existing recurring transfers to or from other financial institutions.

Update Mobile App (Starting April 17): Apple users will need to update their existing mobile app by going to the App Store and installing the update. Android users will need to delete their current app then reinstall from the Google Play Store.

Create a New Password (Starting April 17): On your first login to the upgraded system, you’ll be prompted to reset your password. From there you will be guided through the process to set up a temporary password.

Reset All Alerts (Starting April 17): Ensure you continue to receive important reminders like balance updates, payment due, transaction alerts, etc.

Check Your Member to Member Transfers (Starting April 17): You may need reset your transfers to other Vantage West Members by saving and nicknaming them in “Transfers” under the “Classic” tab on desktop or “Add Account” on mobile.

Reactivate Intuit Products (Starting April 17): Quicken, QuickBooks, and Mint will need to be reactivated. You will be able to download files directly from the new platform to upload into your chosen system. Please review the helpful guides for your specific Intuit product linked under “Resources” at the bottom of this page. Please Note: Aggregation/express web connect services with Intuit will be interrupted until April 24, 2019.

Here’s a snapshot on how to identify new and existing features





Opt in or out for access to Statements, Notices, and Tax Documents through Digital Banking or mobile app


Customize personal budget to evaluate income and expenses.


Set up payees for one-time or scheduled payments for all personal expenses and obligations.


Set up savings goals with fund allocations.


Add eligible deposit products and/or apply for credit cards and loans.


Skip one payment per year on a qualifying loan.


Send funds using your Vantage West ATM or debit card to others via text or email.

  • Make payments to your Vantage West loans or credit cards (between Vantage West accounts and/or other financial institutions)
  • Process instant transfers to other Vantage West Members as deposits or payments
  • Move money easily between any external financial institution and your Vantage West account


Opt in or opt out for overdraft privilege on eligible accounts to give you added peace of mind.


Send and receive secure direct messages with Vantage West.


Reorder checks and process stop payment requests.


Find the nearest branch or ATM.


Track your rewards and redeem available points.


Deposit checks with your mobile device.


Edit and manage personal account information, set notifications/alerts, and customize your digital experience.
