    • Report lost/stolen debit and credit cards as soon as possible; Call 520-298-7882 or 800-888-7882 (outside of Tucson). Choose option #8.
    • For non-Vantage West cards, contact the issuing financial institution.
    • Document the fraudulent activity you’ve discovered (on any and all accounts). This will help your case progress more smoothly once you’re in contact with Card Services.

  • Document the fraudulent activity you’ve discovered (on any and all accounts). This will help your case progress more smoothly once you’re in contact with a fraud specialist.

What We’ll Do

  • Review the account to assure transactions completed were initiated by you
  • Restrict or close affected account(s).  For your protection, restrictions may require an additional level of identification in a branch.
  • Place “stop payments” on stolen/lost checks
  • We can assist with setting up a new account ensuring good checks already drafted by you will be paid through new account and/or redirecting any direct deposits, automatic payments, or transfers to new account
  • Block affected cards and order new cards
  • Provide you with a Loss Prevention Checklist

We’re committed to protecting your accounts from any type of fraudulent activity. To do this, we may from time to time, need to block plastic card transactions originating outside the United States.

If You Suspect Fraud

  • All members can visit this educational identity-theft website, powered by Identity Theft 911®*.
  • Premium Checking account holders will be put in touch with a fraud specialist at Identity Theft 911 who will assist in resolving the situation and help protect further fraud or ID theft*.
